该债券为2020年深圳市(本级)粤港澳大湾区物流基础设施专项债券-2020年深圳市政府专项债券(五十八期)，8月27日在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司完成发行，并经市国资委上报市财政局审批后完成拨付手续
据悉，2019年9月集团投资发展部和财务管理部联合为小漠国际物流港一期工程项目申报了3.54亿元的专项债券需求，本次申请发行债券面额1.7亿元，为3.54亿元的第一期，使用期限20年，以深圳市政府信用为基础，无需企业担保
