近日，盐田港区4台远程控制及半自动化岸吊经过分时分段试运行并不断改善优化，已全部投产，可提供7×24的全时段全天候作业，率先实现了深圳港岸吊远程控制及半自动化
每台远程控制及半自动化岸吊都安装了19个监控镜头，操作员在远离现场的控制室内即可操控岸吊进行作业
在半自动模式下，岸吊可自动运行集装箱船与岸边之间的最优往返路径，防摇、防扭、防撞等系统功能保障操作更为安全高效同时，系统同步记录操作员的每个动作并提供精准到秒的作业周期分析，将分析结果通过图像系统呈现给操作员，协助实现更佳的作业动作

据悉，盐田港区岸吊升级改造从2019年6月开始，经过操作、技术、IT一体化的联合攻关和试运行，于2020年5月完成四台岸吊的优化调整并正式投产，目前已累计完成约46,000个标准集装箱
