6月2日，盐田港集团召开2020年第二季度安委会会议，会议采用线上线下相结合的形式进行，回顾上半年安全生产情况，部署下半年安全生产重点工作会议由集团董事长孙波主持，领导班子成员出席会议
会上，集团总工程师、安委会常务副主任肖明俊总结了集团上半年安全生产工作情况，并对扎实推进下半年重点安全生产工作提出了具体要求：一是各单位要主动作为，增强安全意识，克服麻痹大意思想；二是要狠抓港口、高层建筑物、建筑工地、水上作业项目、边坡等重点区域的隐患排查和治理，做好应急处置工作；三是要继续抓好疫情防控工作，营造稳定的安全生产环境
刘南安总裁以“深入学习习近平总书记关于安全生产重要论述，强化主体责任”为题讲授了安全生产公开课，并结合集团目前安全生产现状及管理的重点、难点，强调了主体责任落实及隐患排查常态化的重要性，要求各级管理人员务必提高政治站位，持之以恒地抓好安全生产工作，确保集团安全形势持续稳定
