在优化后的模式下，船公司只需进行一次性资质备案，即可实现整船换装业务常态化，同步启用的整船换装数据系统还实现了申报、监管全流程无纸化整船换装新模式大大缩短业务办理时间，使船公司办理换装作业更便利，进一步优化了盐田港区的通关环境，提高通关效率，将吸引更多船公司在盐田港区开展换装中转业务，为深圳建设“高水平国际中转贸易港”增添动力
