然而当日正值除夕，且部分工作人员处于居家隔离，合作的承包商大多已经放假，操作部门留守人员有限面对时间要求和资源紧张双重压力，要做到尽量减少100个箱在场内转移成本，达到最快速度转装的目标，存在很大难度
