疫情发生以来，津市港及时传达落实当地政府部门和盐田港集团、股份公司的疫情防控工作部署要求，成立疫情防控工作领导小组，并结合自身货物装运、物流仓储等工作实际，建立了港区登记报告、往返武汉员工排查报告、疫情防控宣传、卫生消杀等工作制度，统一购置并请地方政府协助解决了测温仪、防护口罩、消毒液等紧缺物资，对进港人员进行体温检测，有力维护了港区生产经营环境的安全有序
为了确保复工安全有序，津市港一手抓疫情防控、一手抓生产安排一方面，在公司内部组织全体员工落实政府部门和上级党委的各项工作举措和要求，加强相互沟通协调，进一步提升大局意识和服务意识，树立打赢疫情“防控战”的信心和决心
同时，津市港在员工内部开展疫情宣传，学习疫情防控知识，使员工不断提高自身预防能力另一方面，津市港制订了《津市港疫情防控安全告知书》，向进港司机、船员、代理及时发放，并制作宣传横幅、提示牌、海报及宣传单，与津市市主管部门的公告及倡议书等在港区一起张贴，确保能够在码头复工后第一时间对前来开展业务的人员进行宣传教育，进一步提升外来人员自我防疫意识
