与会专家及代表详细听取、审阅了工程设计、建设、施工、监理等方面的汇报、资料，并实地考察现场后一致同意项目通过竣工验收市交通运输局港航管理处处长董燕泽在会上表示，深圳港是全国具备岸电设施泊位最多的港口市政府近年出台了绿色低碳港口建设补贴资金管理暂行办法等措施，大力支持深圳港船舶岸电项目，希望港口及各相关单位积极推动船舶连接岸电，主动参与绿色港口建设

大铲湾岸电二期工程于2019年2月25日正式展开，并于9月底竣工及通过初步验收，中国船级社全程参与见证模拟带载测试并根据测试结果发出实验合格证明文件
在测试运营期间，该岸电设施成功为3艘靠港船舶提供岸电，每次持续供电时长均在10小时左右测试期间所有参数均达到设计要求，全面满足船方需求，充分反映了大铲湾岸电系统的稳定性、可靠性及安全性
