据悉，拖轮公司于2009年首次获得NSM规则符合证明，是深圳首个获得此项资质证明的拖轮企业实施以NSM规则为基础的安全质量环境管理体系，有助于规范船舶的安全营运和防止污染管理，为船舶安全生产和海洋环境提供保障
