拖轮公司开展领导力与激励培训

11月1日—2日，拖轮公司在深圳资本市场学院开展了《领导力与激励》培训，公司船长、指导船长、指导轮机长及中层以上管理人员共50余人参加了培训拖轮公司总经理刘文光在发言中表示，希望各位学员把握培训机会认真学习，多思考、多交流，提升自身的领导能力，并充分发挥“传帮带”作用，将学习内容传达给部门员工，共同推动公司健康长远发展

课上，各位学员积极参与互动，将自己的实践经验与课堂知识有机结合，认真探讨和反思自身的管人、管事的技巧和能力课后，拖轮公司副总经理蒋磊表示，希望大家学以致用，在工作中发挥好带头作用，时刻保持良好的学习状态，实现自我提升
