这次调研，集团党委领导事前制订了调研课题，确定了调研提纲，拟定了调研方案，通过查看现场、听取汇报、征求意见、召开座谈会等多种形式，详细了解了大铲湾公司“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育、基层党建、人力资源体系优化、安全生产等工作的开展情况；听取了公司关于中国海洋大学深圳研究院、汽车产业平台、宝安综合渔港等重点项目及物流中心一期运营、物流中心二期建设等相关工作的情况汇报和工作中存在的问题和困难，并提出有针对性的解决举措
彭洪波要求，大铲湾公司要依托港口大力发展汽车产业，有效推进深圳平行进口汽车发展，努力搭建服务平台
在经营模式、体制机制上加强创新，形成良性循环王沛航表示，2019年是大铲湾公司转型升级的关键时期，要通过主题教育进一步激发各级党员干部攻坚克难的信心和决心，坚持把开展主题教育与做好各项业务工作紧密结合起来，积极探索党建促发展的有效举措
