王沛航强调,本次调研围绕主题教育“大学习、深调研、真落实”的工作要求,对重点查找的存在问题,要研究提出解决问题、改进工作的办法措施,立行立改如“小漠港项目施工紧缺土石方”的问题,要及时上报集团,由集团协调深汕特别合作区管委会研究探讨解决问题的办法,确保工程建设进度不受影响;人力资源体系优化问题,要结合企业实际,制定符合企业发展现状的薪酬体系优化方案,同时要积极探索建立人才“引得进、留得下、用得好”的长效激励机制,激发员工干事创业的积极性
