4月11日，盐田港集团总裁刘南安调研惠州荃湾港，深入港区卸船、堆场、火车装车一线了解项目生产情况集团公司党委副书记王沛航、副总裁乔宏伟、董事会秘书陈彪、股份公司总经理黄黎忠等参加调研刘南安一行听取惠控公司经营、工程情况及二期码头规划等重点工作汇报
